Texas native Lela Rose studied fashion design at the Parsons School of Design where she graduated in 1993. Her education continued under the tutelage of Christian Francis Roth and Richard Tyler.

The latest celebrity to wear a creation from the Lela Rose wedding dress collection is Susan Sarandon’s daughter, Eva Amurri, who got married in late 2011.
